Everyone knows the old Monopoly card — pick it from the Chance pile, and you can use it to, well, get out of jail free. It shows Rich Uncle Pennybags getting a kick in his pennybags, and the card is a huge piece of popular culture. For instance, it was recently referenced in a major case presented before the United States' Supreme Court. Better yet, after being captured and put into the custody of the FBI in 1967, James Robert Ringrose, a criminal on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, presented agents with his own Get Out of Jail Free card. For some reason it didn't work.
So wouldn't it be fantastic if a Time Lord had one of these? This humorous card was featured on a T-shirt snapped up by a user on Twitter. You can buy the shirt for $20 and see much better resolution at OffWorld Designs. There isn't much else to say, except "enjoy".

and if you offer one to a policeman, he wont take it - worthless!

I think I'm actually going to get this one. That'd be the first 76 Totter's Lane I actually convinced myself to buy. :)
Note: My confirmation code for this is "Ranymi" . . . which must mean I'm the Rani and didn't even know it.
u have the pic, a bit of tinkering its b/w and then u can print it off yourself, as many as u want :)
What this card might look like in use:

I saw this t-shirt on a non-Who site, thought it was clever and ordered one. It is far too easy to impulse shop on-line.
I think having them as actual cards would be even better. Nice handy place to jot down the links to Who sites for those not already in the know, hmmm?
