That isn't Rory's Auton outfit. The cape looks similar but the breastplate and undershirt are substantially different. Still a departure, to say the least, from what he typically wears.

He also appears to be on the same side as a nasty-looking Sontaran soldier in one of those shots. Wonder if he's "going undercover" or something of the sort.

Notice the gallifreyan symbols and decorations to the crib.

Think the sontaran is fighting together with the Doctor and rory against the doctor's enemy.

I like the look of the Samurai Silurian and her spiffy sword toting human sidekick Jenny. Man that's a series in itself.

Kicking ass and taking names, then heads.

Yeah, thinking Jenny's probably not human.

I'm not being sarcastic at all. It's just that we've met a Jenny before, and suffice to say the fact that it's not the same actress doesn't preclude them from being the same character.

So the crib has timelordy signs on it. I would take that to be confirmation that it's the regenerating girl if anything.

On another note...

Out of all the times people have met themselves, the Doctor was unharmed, Amy was touching an alternative version of herself, the sonic sparked, and in Time/Space no one touched eachother. So I'm guessing that means you cannot touch your past self unless you're the Doctor.

Why did I say that? River has her hand in the crib, so she probably isn't the same person as the baby.

Fair enough, I'd just hate for her to be "that" Jenny, obviously Georgia Moffett was probably preggers at the time of filming so couldn't portray the character. But I hate it when they just change an actor in shows. With the Doctor, yeah there's a reason, but Jenny couldn't regenerate. To me it looked like she was revived by the terraforming device.

I think "The Christmas Invasion" provides us with another plausible possibility. Jenny had been alive for just a few hours by the time of her "death". Ten regrew a hand because he still had regeneration energy coursing through him. We don't know exactly how Time Lords come into this world, but if regeneration is a form of rebirth, might that same energy not be involved? That could provide a reason for Jenny to resurrect after exhaling that yellow dust without changing form.

Genetically, she's still a Time Lady, and if the little girl in "The Day of the Moon" knew instinctively how to enter her regeneration cycle, there's no reason why the Doctor couldn't have been wrong about Jenny not being able to or not knowing how.

@Sean think the crib is just something the doctor fished out of the TARDIS and gave to Amy to put the baby in. It was probably his when he was an infant or belonged to one of his children so that would explain the color the writing.
