Also in one of the other trailers there was a Windows smashing and amy and rory on a lift that was falling, plus a creature that looks like a judoon and a clown (dr ?)
My guess would actually be that that the Nazi clip was originally from the start of The Impossible Astronaut (where the Doctor is trying to get Amy and Rory's attention) but was perhaps cut last minute, either for time or because the content of Let's Kill Hitler would clash with it. It just seems very similar to the other scenes in that opening, and maybe originally linked with the scene of the Doctor in a tunnel?
I think no doubt, that the two scenes of the Doctor at the Doctor at the start of the Impossible Astronaut will have a great bearing on two stories yet to come.
What about naked River? Don't think we saw that yet. I wonder if it was cut; I don't think eps 7 and 13 had been filmed at that point. Unless she's in another episode?..
I love the idea that the small clip we witnessed in the Impossible Astronaut was actually a prequel for Let's Kill Hitler. Wound't be surprised if it somehow 'fits' in.
