It is most probably not Caan. If you look at around 3 seconds you can see the paradigm supreme with something next to it which looks like a fatter base to the Gold daleks. On top you can see something which looks a little like a dalek mutant shadow. Caan is most probably still dead.

Your right in one sense, there is certainly a mutant behind the Doctor, but wether it is Caan is unknown.
