The curious thing is, if this actually is a BBC Worldwide trailer in celebration of Doctor Who...it's not appeared on the BBC Worldwide channel; this appears to have been posted solely by this Youtube user. And no one seems to have a version besides this one without the subtitles, even though you'd expect a trailer made in English to be, well, released in English. So it's odd. On the other hand, it is a very nice trailer, with all that material from "An Unearthly Child" and whatnot, and it was weeks before anyone at BBC Worldwide thought to post a good and non-spoilerly vid of Peter Capaldi in "Neverwhere" even though that's a screamingly obvious tie-in. For all we know this trailer is something that a BBC Worldwide affiliate in Asia put together for release on local telly and some kind soul copied it for international enjoyment.
[We heard about it from Den of Geek, who do think it's genuine, and it very well might be. Still. Internet.]

It's Official, it was shown in a special event of BBC Worldwide in China last week. More info at DoctorWhoLatinAmerica Facebook page.
Its clearly not a trailer for the 50th so much as a celebration of 50 years. Nice to watch (if a bit jerky due to the quality) and teeny bit hairs on the neck in the first 30 seconds, eh?
If it is official, I'm finding it very hard to believe as it contains not 1 frame of new footage. Nice homage to the last 50 years though.

They are promoting 50th Years of Doctor Who, not the 50th Anniversary Episode.
