During Doctor Who broadcasts, we have always been able to provide our international readers with a quality, easy-to-use, and timely video of the latest episode. We have always been here to update you on our progress too, as we are human.
But this week, long before we post our regular streaming video, we welcome our international readers, or anyone who cannot watch "The Curse of the Black Spot" for whatever reason, to join us as we enjoy a live feed of BBC One. It works anywhere in the world and will be set in just under an hour for the real-time broadcast!
If you are in the UK, please use iPlayer or TVCatchup, Do NOT use this.

This stream is currently having major buffering problems in many areas. Please do not complain about this. It is out of our control. We'll try to get a better stream up for next week, but bear with us. If it doesn't work for you—well, things happen, so just wait for the download links or PCJ's streaming version.
Important Notes: This feed requires VLC Media Player. If you have downloaded and installed VLC Media Player (if you haven't, just follow the link), just follow the above links. All video quality depends on your Internet speeds; and if too many people are using one link, try the other.
On Apple Macs the link may download as ".xspf.xml". If this happens, just remove the ".xml" simply by renaming it, leaving it as ".xspf" alone; and it should work fine now. Please respect that we have dozens of people complaining at once, but we will attempt to provide technical support wherever possible; but this is only — and we do mean only — if you can honestly tell us this exact sentence . . .
"I have read all instructions and have tried everything 3 times. I will not ask dumb or stupid or ridiculous questions whose answers can easily be found on Google. I understand that you might not know how to solve my problem, but I remain hopeful while I will treat you like good human beings and will happily accept your best effort to help me."
We always treat kindness and understanding with kindness and understanding in turn! Also, Anonymous users aren't usually helped; please get a name for things like the Chatango. Say please and thank you!
And remember to return here after the episode, because if you're all very good children, we might just have another surprise for the afternoon . . .

Wah... it doesn't seem to be working for me, but thanks for putting it up anyways. How long after the episode do you usually have the recorded episode up?
Sorry. We'll try to get a link that actually works next time.
It depends. PCJ always likes to get good quality, so it could be anywhere from an hour to a couple of hours. I live in the eastern US, and he usually has it up by, like, 4:00.
I was just about to post that this wasn't working for me and then I tried again and the link worked like a charm. Thanks! You guys are awesome. :D
(Though it does seem to be freezing more than last time? Not sure why...)
We procrastinated on getting the download link, and we noticed right up until the marker that it wasn't working. We scrambled around and got another link up, but this one isn't very good quality. We'll improve it for next week, though!
I had to give this a shot but sadly it didn't quite work for me. I'll just watch it on BBCA tonight. It's cool that you guys do this though. Great idea
