The Impossible Astronaut had a dedication to Elisabeth Sladen at the beginning, who had passed away four days earler. It was made after the episode on BBC America.
The BBC America tribute after the episode was really a bit sweeter and ultimately bitter-sweet because Elizabeth is turning to camera having good-bye and sort of skipping running up the street away from us, full of life and exuberance. It was unexpected and made me instantly sad and misty eyed.
I'm still a bit dismayed that no similar remembrance was made for Courtney though.

They should've dedicated "Day of the Moon" to Courtney. He wasn't as important as Lis Sladen, but he definitely deserved a tribute.
