Nay, I don't think that bald guy thinks it's the Doctor's child, but kidnapping a companion's child I would think would be close enough to earn the Doctor's wrath.
I thought the cloaked figures were cybermen until they showed their human hands. The cybermen really need a redesign.you know, how about they base the next version of the cybermen on the cybermen from the 1966 story the tenth planet.
