At the end of Doctor Who 607 A Good Man Goes To War BBC1 said Doctor Who 608 Let's Kill Hitler will be on in Autumn 2011. However last night BBC America said it will be coming in Late Summer 2011.
So different transmission dates? I think this is extremely unlikely, I do suspect the USA late Summer and the UK Autumn are at the same time.

well, summer does end on 22nd of September in America, maybe they just rephrased it? I mean, we don't really think of September as autumn, if they'd put coming late summer, we would have thought August, surely?
Anyhoo, I don't know. It's veerry unlikely that America will get Doctor Who before us. In fact, it's extremely unlikely.
Uh, late summer here is probably the same as Autumn in the UK.
It stays flippin' hot here in most of the country throughout September, when the UK likely starts cooling down.
So, I'm going to say that both are correct.
Considering that in the US, school usually starts in late August, "late summer" wouldn't make any sense.
Eh its just a technicality. Either the UK is getting it first or we're getting it at the same time.
Would just be AWFUL is America got it weeks before the UK...
There would be riots.
Probably means early September, which is technically late summer.
