and notably the first UK PM to cosy up to Murdoch, who bigged up tits and zelebs in his news management strategy.
It's always seemed obvious to me why people try to big up this aspect of The Happiness Patrol - because one of the shoddiest, most cardboardy-acted DW stories ever has little else going for it.
