Is the stream no longer working?

Went to one of the links provided; paid $4.95 for the download, the link said it uploads AND downloads (particularly when it asked for the $4.95) but I never received the video, can't access it, so I contacted Paypal to refund my $4.95 so I'll see what they can do. It's not the $4.95 it's the principal of the thing. The link used is the following:

yes all have a premium pay rate, so u select the FREE rate instead! just read the page clearly!

@Combom: I did try the free rate first but it didn't work so I went for the $4.95. Something went wrong I guess because I'm in America. Anyway, I'm sure Palpal will get it back for me.

However, GREAT NEWS! I just watched the first episode of Torchwood for free on the Starz website. It asked me to download and run some type of program, which I did, and then I was able to watch the entire episode.

Here in America we can watch most things broadcast on TV a day later on the network's website for free, but I assumed because Starz is cable and a fee channel that it wouldn't allow that but it does. So after Torchwood airs on Friday, it will probably allow people to watch the episode free on the Internet on Saturday, or Sunday the latest as I watched the episode there this afternoon.

i have just tested all download links we have for TW401, all work for free - ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS READ THE PAGE AND SELECT THE FREE DOWNLOAD, of course they add a pay download, its how they make their money! JUST READ IT, ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND IT, AND THINK FIRST! I have never paid for any download, as i read it clearly 1st!

@Combom, I read the instructions quite well and thoroughly and after attempting again to download the free episode from the link: http://uploading.com/premium/ - I received this error message: "Your download has expired. Please try to download the file again." Face it doesn't work, at least not in America.

Luckily for me, as I'd written previously, the Starz website itself allows free viewing of Torchwood the next day after the episode’s first run, and that’s how I was able to watch the episode, a day later, free on the Starz network.

I just watched it. I'm sure the American element won't damage Torchwood too much.
